ADVICE TO STUDENTS

It is  indeed important for you to be focused on your studies  and to keep healthy at all times. When you are physically well, you will be able to accomplish much more in life than when your are tired and burnt out.
If you have any financial difficulties, seek a part-time job that allows you to earn some income while you are learning some new practical skills for your future career.
At the same time, you are not neglecting your studies.

Meditate

In order to stay focused, make it a point to meditate every day for at least 15- 30 minutes. You can either do it sitting down, or lying down. It doesn't really matter  as long as you are comfortable.  Close your eyes and focus inwards, and this will eventually calm your active mind, and with daily practice, you will go into deeper levels of meditation which will help you stay more focused and  enahnce your creativity.

You can get  very good tips on meditation and  meditation samples from  my website & www.happinesscentre.com). Also watch the youtube
